Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
DELICIOUS!! My entire family enjoyed this, especially my husband who is extremely hard to please! I prepared & baked the chicken exactly as the recipe was written. When the chicken was finished baking, i poured some warm spaghetti sauce over & then topped with mozzarella and put back in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes, or until slightly browned. I served angel hair on the side. DELICIOUS!

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
WOW!! These were absolutely delicious!! I made only a couple of minor changes. I decreased the amount of garlic powder to 1/2 T., used onion powder instead of minced, & used golfish crackers(flavor blasted xtra cheddar) and followed the rest of the recipe exactly and threw them on the grill. My husband said he'd choose these over ground beef hamburgers anyday! Thanks for the recipe, will definitely make this quite often!!

Cocktail Meatballs I

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
these were delicious! i used frozen meatballs, & just threw them along with the grape jelly & chili sauce, in the crockpot on low for approx 8 hours and they were perfect. except for the meatballs, i didn't alter this recipe at all! thanks!

Sausage French Bread Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
i am rating this a "5" the way i make it. making as the recipes states, i'd only rate it about a "4". i used atleast 1 1/2 cups mozzarella & 3/4c sauce per baguette. i also used turkey pepperoni so it wouldn't be so greasy. i also suggest toasting the bread for about 5-10min. prior to adding the sauce(this way the bread doesn't suck up the sauce & you don't end up having mushy bread). excellent recipe!!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
i don't know why anyone would change this recipe! You should never give a recipe a true rating unless you've tried it AS WRITTEN. I made this one exactly as written and they're absolutely delicious! The kids love them, and even my husband wants me to make them for his dart league pitch-in this Sunday! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

DELICIOUS! I'm giving this one a "5" because my picky son who eats nothing but mac & cheez and pizza, asked for seconds when I made these!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

I personally think you shouldn't rate a recipe unless you've made it exactly as written. I made this to the "T" and it was delicious! Will definitely make this again!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
This was a fabulous recipe! My husband actually made this(and he doesn't normally cook) and we all loved it. Even my teeny tiny stepdaughter, who normally eats light, ate two of these! We took the advice of another review & topped the sandwiches with pepperjack cheese. Delicious! If I could give this recipe 10 stars I woul!!!

Chewiest Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
This was a terrific recipe. I was kind of scared towards the end because the mix was so thick, but they turned out great! These definitely live up to their name, most definitely the chewiest brownies I've ever had. The only complaint I have is that it was very hard to spread in the pan because of it's thickness. I will definitely make these again!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
i myself didn't like this at all, but my husband liked it ok. it was very gooey when mixing it and almost like it had too much egg. i had to add 1/2 c. bread crumbs to get it to stick together. just didn't care for the flavor.

Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

i made this exactly as written, and it was very bland & the noodles stuck in clumps. added a bit more parmesan cheese & atleast that made it eatable.
