Ye Ole Gingerbread
Gingerbread came out awesome!! Next time I plan on adding crystallised ginger and more allspice, but as is, this is great, a nice moist recipe, and its true, there was no hard crust! I used a mixture of the good old Chelsea golden syrup and some real maple syrup (we were running low on the golden syrup LOL) and it came out just lovely.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
My first time cooking with yeast, and I am so impressed with how this recipe came out! I made it by hand using the helpful instructions the other reviewers made (sort reviews by most helpful to find them)and made litle rolls which I then made into pani popo. Everyone here was over the moon with how good they were and now we can have them hot and fresh whenever we want. For those who haven't heard of it, pani popo is buns cooked with a sweet coconut sauce.

Pecan Pie Muffins
The review below from Valeries Kitchen really says it all, these are fabulous and more-ish a kind of cross between a muffin and a cookie, and especially dont overfill your pan because they dont rise that much. These popped right out of the tin, and were gone before they could cool down. I had intended to try splitting them and putting a nice slice of ripe banana and a dot of sweetened cream in there, but next time I will know to make two batches LOL There is nothing better than people heaping praise on your head for something so ridiculously easy. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!
