Absolutely Incredible !!! I made the recipe as written (except I skipped the pecans due to nut allergies) It was perfect. My 3 kids, husband and I gobbled it up. It was so easy to make. And it baked up perfectly.

Amazing Brown Rice Salad

Oh my gosh ! My family LOVED this recipe. My husband, my 4 year old son, 7 year old daughter and I really loved every bite of this recipe. I did not have balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing. So I used 1/4 cup balsamic vinager and 1/4 cup fat free italian dressing. The taste was magnificent. I will make again !!!!!!!

Ortega® Fiesta Bake

Great recipe. I didn't have all of the ingred. on hand so i made the following substitutions and had great results: 1 can of diced tomatoes instead of the salsa; skipped the olives; added 1/2 of chopped bell pepper; skipped the chilis. it came out perfect. very yummy !

Tofu Mayo

Amazing. You never would have guessed that this is made from tofu. I made a macaroni salad with it and served it at the company picnic. Not a single person guessed that it was a non-dairy mayo. Great for my family who have severe dairy allergies

Green Bean Salad

I personally did not like this recipe. But my ENTIRE family sure did. I seved it at a family dinner (15 people total) and everyone else just loved the cool, crisp taste.

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

A good moist cake. But it was not very sweet. It definitely needs a sweet frosting or fudge sauce or something to add sweetness to it.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

I made this for a fall harvest party. Everyone loved it. I served it with homemade ginger snaps and apple slices. Everyone, from my 2-year old nephew to my great grandmother loved this dip. I had to make copies of this recipe for everyone to take home with them as they left the party

Kettle Corn

WONDERFUL. I actually had just brought a bag home from the fair today. So I made this recipe and compared both side by side. With a shake of salt...this recipe tasted exactly like the corn I purchased at the fair. I made it in a stainless steel pan with a tight-fitting lid. I had no problems what so ever. Very easy and delicious

Chewy Granola Bars

this was great. I made them for preschool, and for the kids at church. I even shipped them in a "care package" to a friend. A great and versatile recipe for any tastes
