This dish was fantastic, but I did have to make some changes. To cut down the fat I drained the bacon, but if you're not concerned with fat then don't because it tastes better with it. I also added salt, pepper and basil and oregano and then stirred in some parmesean cheese, just to give more flavour...yum. Lastly, you will want to drain the diced tomatoes slightly, unless you like watery pasta. totally agree with others that this keeps VERY well overnight, in fact it tasts WAY better the second day! Also was VERY quick!!!
