As written, 4 stars. With adjustments, 5. I sauteed 1/2-3/4 cup each diced onion (1 small), celery (1 stalk) & carrot (2 small) and 2 cloves minced garlic in the butter (used 6 tbsp) then added the flour (1/2 cup) and 2% milk (not cream) as directed. Also, can't find "quick cooking" wild rice mix here so used regular - just cooked it in the full broth / water mixture called for in this recipe (omitted the margarine required on the box) until the rice was tender, then added in the chicken (about 1 lb) to heat through when it was cooked. Combined the milk/broth mixtures and finished as directed. Absolutely delicious.
