Pea Salad

Garbanzo Bean Tomato Salad

I made it exactly as written except I didn't have any fresh basil so I used dried. It was very good. Can't wait to try it with fresh. Both my mom and boyfriend loved it. It's a keeper!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

This meatloaf was DELICIOUS. I cooked it at 375 for 50 minutes. Turned out fabulous and full of flavor. Definitely a keeper!

Chicken Garlic Pizza

I really loved the flavor and for that it deserves 5 stars! Next time I think I will use a little mozzarella instead of the ricotta. I didn't think the ricotta added much to it.

Honey-Peanut Butter Cookies

Used butter instead of shortening, used brown sugar instead of white and used three eggs. Very good. Could have been a little sweeter, but I didn't quite have a whole cup of honey so I can't blame the recipe. Next time I make them I will throw in a little vanilla extract.

Best Strawberry Daiquiri

This was so good! I omitted the lemon and lime juice because I thought that would make it too sour. I used coconut flavored rum and that made it have a very "tropical" feel. I will make many more batches of it this summer.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

I wish the rating system had "half" stars - I wanted to give this 4.5 stars but not quite a five. I am not a cook by any means, this was my first attempt at making any type of chili without using Chili Magic and it was very easy. Insanely easy! : ) It gets a five star rating in that regard. The only thing I didn't like about it was the cumin. I never cooked with it before and next time I make this I will omit it. I thought it had an odd taste, that is the only reason I give this 4.5 stars. Ate this with baked Tostito's tortilla chips and it made for a great meal - would be good with cheddar cheese and/or sour cream.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This was good. What I really liked about it was that it was inexpensive to make. I also enjoyed the flavor of the fresh onion and garlic I used as opposed to the salts. And instead of the butter the recipe called for I made it with olive oil. I did make the gravy that several other users commented on, but did not care for it.

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna

I gave this five stars because it was pretty inexpensive and very easy to make. I used cottage cheese as the recipe called for, but it did make the sauce a little sweeter than I prefer. I also used two jars of pasta sauce as other reviewers said there wasn't enough sauce using one jar, and I was glad I used two. I also did not blend the cottage cheese with the pasta sauce since I like the chunkier sauces and the sauce I used had vegetables in it. Overall it made a fine meal and I will make it again.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

I am an amateur cook and this was super easy for me to make. I loved it. No fancy ingredients and it was very delicious. I will definitely make it again, only use a thicker crust as I slightly burned the Baboli crust I bought. Excellent recipe!
