Chicken and Sweet Potato Bake
This is a very good and satisfying recipe. After reading reviews, I sauteed small chopped sweet potato, celery and apple in 1T olive oil. Then added spices when the vegetables/fruit were getting soft. Placed in baking dish. After that, browned 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and then put on top. Added about 1 cup of chicken broth and cooked at 365 degrees for 45 minutes and it was done. You definitely need the broth.

Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits
These biscuits are so yummy! Normally I don't like biscuits because the ones I've had are dry and crumbly. These are so melt in your mouth delicious... I could eat them every day. I'll be making these again for sure!

Zucchini-Raspberry Bread
This recipe was ok. I think I'd use only cinnamin next time and maybe a vanilla. The nutmeg overpowered it. I also used regular flour and added just under one teas. of baking soda and just under 1/2 teas. of salt. The raspberries were a nice touch in the bread.
