My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
Wow, made this for Christmas gifts and I can't even begin to tell you how many calls I got for the recipe! This is a no-fail, super easy caramel corn recipe. It turned out PERFECT. I used Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop (was all that I had in the house) and real butter, not margarine. YUMMY!!! For the reviewer who had problems, two things.. One, it sounds like you didn't let your syrup boil for the complete 5 minutes. Two, for the sticking, did you remember to grease your baking sheets? I used butter to grease mine.

EAGLE BRAND(R) Peanut Butter Fudge
Won't be making this one again! This really surprised me since it got so many great reviews, but this tasted TERRIBLE! I would hardly call this Peanut Butter fudge--more like White Chocolate fudge. If you are really a fan of peanut butter, I would urge you to stay away from this one!Sorry :(

World's Best Lasagna
Oh my gosh, this recipe is SOOOO much better than the "high school cafeteria"-type lasagna recipe that's on the back of pasta boxes! The only thing that I did different was that I used my own spice combination in the sauce. I used (and I never measure, just add) oregano, basil, fennel seed, thyme, rosemary, and crushed red pepper. I also added a splash (or two) of red wine to the sauce. I also mixed a bit of extra parmesan cheese in with the ricotta cheese mixture. My very picky husband just loved it, so it must be good! This might take a bit more time to prepare, but it is so worth it!!!
