Mexican Rice II
Just made this rice. It was good, not great but good. Only modifications I made was that I added bell pepper and minced garlic when I added the onion. And I also unsed chicken stock from the chicken I boiled for chicken tacos, instead of canned chicken broth. Other than that I followed it exactly. And I have no complaints. I will make it again unless I find a better recipe.
