Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2011
If I could give this ten stars, I would. I only altered the recipe by adding two super large cans of chicken stock. (This liquid amount was deducted from the water amount, to ensure correct measurement.) When I boiled the chicken I added the bouillon with the chicken. I also made the noodles separate because I doubled this batch. I have a house full of summer cold victims and I make the noodles as we go. I simple salt and bouillon the water for the noodles and add them (cooked) into the individual bowls of my family. This ensures that the noodles wont get mushy and a happy helping to each lil belly. The Lemon Grass in this made it AWESOME!!! Thank you, THANK YOU for posting this recipe!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
Made this on a trial run for the side I was labeled to bring this Thanksgiving. I followed the suggestions and baked the Sweet Potatoes and used evaporated milk instead of the regular milk added cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. It was awesome!! I will omit the nutmeg and cloves and mix the cinnamon in the topping before the pecans. !!EXCELLENT!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Carnation® Caramel Sauce

I think I did something wrong because it came out kinda gritty (sp?) and really light in color.. but it was still good and was gone in a few days!

These are so Brilliant!! Not only are these super easy to make but you can really go with so many different flavors! You could melt some chocolate chips or use peanut butter cookies with peanut butter chips or sugar cookies with strawberry or chocolate and blueberry.. Makes a really yummy treat to make for at home or parties! Super Job!

Asparagus Portobello Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
Ok.. So the servings must be wrong on this. I followed the ingredients to a T and I got a whole pot full of sauce.. I agree with the other reviewer that I had to add liquid to it while blending. I chose Vegetable broth. With all the sauce I can't imagine how only 1/2 pound of noodles would even dent this. I would suggest that you add seasonings to taste. I added about 3-4 tblspns of minced garlic, my taste to sea salt and fresh grated pepper, garlic powder and salt and onion powder. I also added an onion to the mix and I couldn't bear using canned asparagus so I used frozen. I also blended all the mushrooms and peas with the sauce because I didn't think it would look good on top of the sauce. My results were mixed. I think it’s a pretty good light healthy pasta, but my daughter thought it was disgusting because of the color and texture. I ate mine, my daughter didn't finish her's and opted out for a PB and Jelly sandwich. I don't think I will make this again.. as I have enough leftovers to last me awhile.
