Butter Cream Frosting II
Awesome, simply awesome. I stuck to the recipe ingredients 100%. Since my husband was frosting a cake for me I can tell you in all honesty I saw that man throw all the ingredients in a bowl, throw the beater on hi for a sec and it came out perfect.....no creaming of margarine and shortening required lol!:)

Donut Muffins
These would possibly be better if they were made into regular muffins, I'm just not sure. Made to the letter and found the nutmeg over powering and no resemblence to a donut. In the recipe's defense no baked item could taste like a fried one anyway. Glad I didn't make for company and will try making as large muffins.

Baked Cider Doughnuts
I lived in NH for years and this is how to make the donuts. I haven't tried your recipe but the ingredients are right on. I remember my first time not really liking them but the grew on me. It may not be what people are thinking of when they think of traditional donut but for what your recipe says it is correct
