Salmon Steaks with Dill Sauce

I was actually looking for a nice dill sauce recipe for poached salmon filets, so I did not make the salmon part as directed, although I'm sure it would be great :-) I did make the dill sauce and we both thought it was awesome, I was wishing I had more fish just to eat the sauce! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Ritzy Chicken Livers

I really liked these, they came out very tender! I also tried the same coating on calves liver another night, the only change I made was to soak the liver in milk for 1/2 an hour prior to coating and cooking. It turned out DELICIOUS! Thanks for sharing.

Cuban Goulash

My guy and my friend were going on about Cuba having the best pork. I've never been, so did a search for "Cuban pork" and decided to try this out. The combination intrigued me and sounded pretty off the wall! I used pork chops rather than a roast, and added cumin as someone here suggested. We all liked it-a lot! My friend is a Chef and it even passed her taste test. Thank you for posting this!

Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce

I really enjoyed this, thank you Luna! I was going to be lazy and not make the hollandaise with it, but this week I got an awful version of it at a restaurant, on my Eggs Benedict. The challenge was on haha and your recipe turned out great :-)

Veal Chop with Portabello Mushrooms

I really liked this. The grocer only had the thin veal chops so I just reduced the cooking time and left them out of the pan for a bit...and non alcoholic wine was just as nice for the sauce. My Ol' man loved it too, thanks from both of us!

Crab Crusted Grouper

Loved this! Snowed in so had to be creative. Used smashed corn flakes & parmesan cheese for the crumbs. Also used roasted red pepper in place of fresh bell. Turned out awesome, I'll make it again. Thank you for sharing.

Creamy White Wine Sauce

I found this very sauce easy and good. I used dill instead of parsley and less salt because I served it over fish and shrimp. I added the sauce to the fish (sauteed in butter with fresh dill and red peppers) when it was almost done. It came out beautiful, thank you!
