Great quick and easy recipe. We have made it many times, as is. We have also added vanilla and oatmeal with a little extra milk. Great!

Peanut Butter Heaven

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
I loved this recipe!! I made it for my hubby and did everything according to the recipe for the cookie part. The chocolate topping, I subbed some peanut butter chips for the chocolate chips as I had them to get rid of. I did have to bake for about 35 minutes. I think this would be great cut into 1x1 pieces like fudge for Christmas cookies as well.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
Very good recipe. I made it for supper with mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits. One of my children does not eat beef so after I dredged the beef and took out the 2 T of flour for the gravy, I dredged a chicken breast and cooked it in a different pan. All 3 kids loved the chicken cooked that way better than the beef. Thanks for a recipe that made my hubby happy.

Vinegar and Egg Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
Wow!! Super easy pie crust recipe. For those who think it is hard to work with, after you mix, dump into a ziplock back, mush it all together in one lump and refridgerate it for 1 hour and it is super easy to work with after it cools. Thanks!!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
Wowie, wow, wow!!! These are great. The only thing that I did different was to add 1/2 t salt as I like the sweety/salty thing in cookies. If you like chewy sugar cookies, this is a great recipe. Just to let you know, mine did not brown but, they are so yummy!!!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
Wow!! I have made these 2 times and they are great. The 2nd time, I made all kinds of mistakes-only used 1 teaspoon yeast, used too much butter and they still turn out great. Super recipe! Thanks!

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2007
We have made this ice cream 3 or 4 times. It is wonderful!! I always pour it through a sieve to make sure that I get lumps out. I have also made it with any combination of half and half and cream. Yummy. Also, I have stirred in peanut butter to make chocolate peanut butter and it is wonderful! My family gives it 2 thumbs up! Great recipe and very easy!

Streusel Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
This was wonderful. I do not own a bundt pan, so I baked this in an 8.5x11. The first time, baked as the recipe stated and it was very good. Next time, I could not find my nuts in my cupboard so, I used a trail kind of mix with cranberries, pecans, walnuts, filberts, and pistachios. I just chopped it up in the food processor and added it to the cinnamon and sugar. Yummy both ways. Thanks!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2006
I made this tonight. My kids helped. It was super easy. I made 2 large pizzas. I did not roll them...I patted them thin in the center with a thicker crust. Baked them at 425 for about 15 minutes. Wonderful crust. Next time, I may add a little something to the outside of the crust. My kids even ate the crust.

Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2006
My daughter went to camp and begged me to make a baked oatmeal at camp. This recipe is wonderful. My kids eat it hot out of the pan with milk or applesauce on top. Then, afterwards when it is cool, they cut it in squares and eat it as a bar. I add 1/2 cup more milk to make it creamier. Thanks!!

Finnish Kropser (Baked Pancakes)

Reviewed: May 20, 2006
This was great!! My whole family loved it. We live in a Finnish/American community and it is an authentic recipe. It did, however, burn due to the high temp so I am making it at 400 as I had lowered the temp to 425 and the edges burned.
