Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2013
My husband and toddler son loved it! That makes it a 5 star recipe. The only thing I did differently was the rice. I only had jasmine rice on hand and cooked 1.5 C on the side, and added an extra can of COC soup because I found it a little dry. Other than those slight changes it was a perfect dish!

Banana Pound Cake With Caramel Glaze

Excellent! The cake is very moist, and delicious. I would definitely make this cake again. The only change I made is that I made the cake using einkorn flour.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
So stinkin delicious! I couldn't stop eating these once out of the oven. The only change I made was that I forgot to add the pecans. Oopsie! I also substituted gluten free all purpose flour, oatmeal, and vanilla for the real stuff due to hubby's allergies and added 1/2 tsp. of extra cinnamon as suggested by other reviews. This cookie recipe is a total nummy of a keeper! :)

Very nutty, and delicious! So very easy to make. The crunch of the onion made it very nice. I will add carrots, and celery next time. YUM. :)

Amazing!! This recipe is going into my family cookbook. My husband gobbled up his food, and went up for seconds, and kept raving about how well he was "eating". Lol. Fairly easy to follow, as well.

Deluxe Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Very tastey, the only thing I changed was instead of using peanut butter for the topping I used almond butter because of my hubby's peanut allergy. If not I think it would have spread alot easier, and would have looked so much more appealing. Feeds a large crowd, and tastes good. A keeper in my book!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
I know that many things might have come from a can w/this recipe, but it was amazingly good and tasted like a restaurant quality tortilla soup. (: I did use freshly cooked chicken, chicken broth, and incorperated 2 cans of kidney beans instead of corn. A total time saver, and therefore a keeper. Garnish w/ avacado, cilantro, cheese of choice, dried chile ancho (as per taste), and lime juice if you want a real authentic taste.

Peachy Moist Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2009
These muffins were soooo amazing! I followed the recipe exactly, except for adding a touch of half & half to the mixture because the batter was too thick, and a 1/2 tsp extra of baking powder as suggested by other users. The muffins were light and perfect. I will totally be making these again. I think my husband has already consumed about 7 in less than an hour. LOl.
