Chef John's Buttermilk Biscuits

Flavor was good, but they were not flaky and were pretty dry. I didn't have any buttermilk on hand so made my own and had to use skim milk, so I am thinking this was the major flaw. I will try them again with the actual buttermilk. They were very easy to make and my 19 month old had a ball helping me pound out the dough on the counter!

Low Carb Pancake Crepes

delicious...even when I am not doing low carb, I think I will stick to this recipe. It's was very easy. I softened the cream cheese in the microwave, added all of it plus the eggs to my kitchen aid and let it do the work. I then added the cinnamon and a tbl of splenda instead of the syrup. I doubled the recipe and it was plenty for my husband and I to be full from breakfast and my son had one too!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this for my mother in law's birthday and it was a major hit! It was dense and moist and had the perfect amount of chips in every bite! I did use the glaze from this site as well, and it didn't turn out right, but I realized I forgot an ingredient later that night. The cake was still wonderful though despite my mess up! Will make again and again!

Deviled Eggs

I don't know why people are rating it 5 stars if they have to change the recipe. This is WAY TOO SALTY. An 1/8 of a tsp of salt would have been too much for 6 eggs let alone the 1/2 tsp the recipe calls for.
