I have been making this peach cobbler recipe for over 3 yrs. I'm a huge baker and have tried many. This is the best one I've found. Its awesome. If its just for my immediate family I used canned peaches and juice its in instead of lemon and orange juice. If I used fresh peaches I use orange and pineapple juice. In my house its gone within 3 days so I don't store it in the fridge, just place foil on top and leave it on the counter because I don't like cold peach cobbler :-) The sugar acts as a preservative.
