I’m a middle age dad with an active wife and 3 teenagers. I travel quite a bit, globally, and enjoy the exposure to the many foods and cultures of the world. Here in Wisconsin, I get bored in the winter and my interest turns to weekend cooking. I don’t have to cook daily meals, so when do I cook, it’s like an artistic release or expression. I like to experiment.
