Caramelized Baked Chicken
This is a great recipe! I used garlic powder instead and added sriracha to give it a little kick. I used a little more soy sauce (about a tbsp) and didn't add any salt. I used drumsticks because they were cheaper. I also broiled the chicken for a few minutes on each side to get it nice and crispy. I will definitely make this recipe again!!!

London Broil for the Slow Cooker
This is such a great meal!! I made a few changes though. I seasoned the meat with salt/pepper and browned it in olive oil first. I also used a can of cream of celery soup as well as the mushroom. I used a can full of water instead of 1/2c. Also a packet of beefy onion soup mix, plain onion soup mix would work fine too. And about 1tbsp of dales low sodium steak seasoning. Cooked on low for about 10hours, I worked all day and that tough piece of meat could use several hours of cooking anyway. It turned out great!!!! It goes well over a baked potato, a hoagie, or rice. Add a few veggies on the side and you have a delicious supper. Will definitely make this again.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
This was a great dish! I thought it was pretty easy to make. I did make a few changes after reading the reviews. I sauted the chicken with a little butter a minced garlic. I also cooked my rice in chicken broth instead of water to give it more flavor. I used a can of cream of chicken soup and cheddar soup. I added that to the chicken mixture to heat it a little. This made it easier to mix in the rice. I also used plain bread crumbs instead of the cubed white bread. It was a great hit at my house and my boyfriend wants me to make it again!
