Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I love the flavor of this recipe, but sometimes have trouble getting all of the sugar granules blended no matter how much I mix it.

My family absolutely loved this dish! My husband said it was the best enchiladas he has ever had, including dining out, and my 11 year old son asked if we could have these every night! A real winner in our household

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I tried this recipe, but used the onion soup mix instead, and added a bit of dry mustard to the brown sugar/ketchup. Everyone in my family commented on how good it was. That's the only time anyone in my family commented on my meat loaf. I've been trying to find a good recipe. This one is definately a keeper!!!!

Salsa Chicken

I tried this recipe last week and it was wonderful! The chicken was very moist and tender. I used a Fiesta Picante sauce. Next time I make it, we are going to slice the chicken and put it on some warm flour tortilla's.
