Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
Worked great at 4500 feet! This was just what I've been looking for- I'd only reccomend adding more chocolate chips, since I'm a chocoalate fiend.

Chewy Brownie Cookies

Heaven. Might possibly be too much chocolate, but you didn't hear me say that. Absolutely requires milk on the side.

Baked Tortilla Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2007
Nice and easy. I used fajita seasoning and cayenne, then baked them for 13 minutes. Left out for a few minutes and they crisped up perfectly. Thank you!

Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
My new favorite recipie! I love how the pumkin pie spice blends with the beef. I replaced the beans with mushrooms, and tripled the pumpkin (made the chili nice and thick), but used exact amounts for everything else.

Scotch Scones

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2006
Very good! Just sweet enough, but not overly. Be careful cooking them in the skillet in you have a gas stove- you'll want them thin and the heat very low. For the sake of experimentation, I also baked a few in the oven- I liked them better from the skillet. Also, they (technically) should be called Scottish, as Scotch is a drink, not a people. :-)

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
These were very good. I added the 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp vanilla, but it still could have been sweeter. Maybe next time I'll add more sugar. Very good with butter.

Patricia's Green Chile Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2006
Very yummy, but not spicy. I was hoping to recreate Central Market's Green Chili Chicken soup, but this was creamier. I would definitely add something to spice this up.

Grandma's Strawberry Milkshake

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
Very strawberry-y. I added some extra honey and sugar. A different taste from milkshakes made with ice cream.
