This was excellent and is going straight to the recipe box. My husband, who isn't always the most vocal about whether he likes something or not was ooing and ahhing over this after the first bite. I did make some changes, as per the reviews: I boiled the veggies and chicken in broth (added a russet potato, cubed) and then saved the broth to use for the sauce. I didn't double the sauce, as some mentioned, but I did mix the veggies/chicken with the sauce (saving some sauce to pour over the top) before adding to the pie crust. I doubled the salt and pepper and also added a tsp of garlic powder, a tsp of poultry seasoning and a dash or two of chili powder. The only thing I struggled with was getting the top pie crust out of the pan and sitting neatly on top of the other crust. Oh well, it didn't look pretty but it sure tasted amazing.
