Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
This was amazing! I only made 3 small changes. I added garlic, chopped green onions and taking the advice of another reviewer, added heavy cream to the sauce at the very end. I served it over egg noodles with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. It was even better the next day. Every drop was eaten! Amazing!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
I have been making this for years now...I don't use measurements, just make it according to how many chicken breasts I use. The only change I made was to use real minced garlic rather than the garlic pepper. I like a stronger garlic taste and I add parsley for color. Like another reveiwer, I can't imagine changing this recipe beyond a little personal tweeking since it's 1st rate as it's written. I get rave reviews and get asked for the recipe all the time and I make this at least once a week. I've also used this sauce over boneless pork chops which turn out awesome as well. Hghly recommend.

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I have mixed reviews on this one. The meat turned out wonderful - moist and fell apart, but we absolutely hated the cinnamon taste in this receipe. We could not get beyond the odd flavor. I may try to make this again without the cinnamon to see if we like this any better. Very disappointed.

Simple Time Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I have to say that we were skeptical, but were curious to see how they would turn out. I made these with just one change - I mixed together the butter, mayo and seasonings and then spread on top and sides of 1 1/2 inch thick chops and they were absolutely first rate. I would never have thought to smother these in cheese, but the combinations of the ingredients just work. This will be a recipe that we will make over and over again. Thanks!!
