Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
very, very good! I did add worcestershire and ketchup to the mix and only had sharp cheddar cheese. My husband dislikes ground turkey and anything I make with it but he loved this and my 4 year old did as well! thanks

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: May 7, 2008
thanks so much! we are on the SBDiet and looking for a low carb solution to stuffed peppers! These were delicious, however I did make a couple minor tweeks...lean, lean ground beef browned with garlic powder (I drained and blotted). 1/2 can of black beans (rinsed) and low fat parmesan cheese. yum, yum, yum, I will definately make these again!!!

Gingerbread Waffles

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
wow. thank you...my 3 year old doesn't like to eat breakfast. She 'snacks' on an apple or a gogurt, but it drives me nuts because she won't eat something substantial! So, I thought I would make and freeze waffles and see if she was interested. Looked and looked for a recipe I thought she would enjoy and SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THESE!!! So I used wheat flour and 1/2 honey 1/2 molasses (ran out of molasses) and did add the raisins. She is currently on her 6th quarter...no butter or syrup, just the waffle. Thank you! I would much rather her eat these than blue raspberry gogurts!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
these were the best cookies we have ever had! Love peanut butter cookies, love oatmeal cookies so what could be better? They are the perfect mix of both! The only thing I changed was all butter (no shortening) and 1/2 C white sugar. My husband could not get enough and unfortunately he ate them all so I am making another batch :) GREAT and I wouldn't change a thing!
