Pineapple Chicken Tenders
Love this! I added 1/2t of ginger to the marinade. I only used 1.5lbs of fresh chicken breast, and there was a TON of marinade. Next time I will reserve half of the marinade to use as a sauce for the rice. (I don't like to reuse marinade, even if it's heated to boiling.)

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I added 1t of cinnamon, 1t nutmeg, and 1T vanilla to the mix. I used 6 apples, and mixed the melted liquid with the apples before pouring in pie. I saved just a bit to brush over the lattice top. I also brushed the bottom of the pie crust with egg whites before filling it - and it wasn't soggy at all. This was a good apple pie - I didn't experience the "knock your socks off" effect that others speak of, but this will definitely be my go-to recipe for apple pie.

Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce
I had four (5oz) boneless pork chops, so I halved the sauce amount. We still had MORE than enough sauce. I served it over white rice. My changes: I browned the chops in butter, minced garlic, and 1/4t each oregano and garlic salt. I then removed the pork chops and cooked them in my foreman grill for a bit longer. While the chops were cooking there, I sauteed fresh mushrooms in the pan on the stove. When the chops were done, I added them to the fresh mushrooms and added on can of mush. soup, and 1 cup sour cream. I brought it to a boil, and then let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Good Dinner - will make again.
