Key West Chicken
Nothing at all special about this recipe. It was edible, but there are so many other chicken recipes that are a lot better

Gumbo Joes
2.5 stars...not great, but not awful, either. Won't make them again because there are so many other easy recipes that are much better tasting.

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I thought these potatoes were very good! As noted by others, I did not add the sugar (seems unnatural and unnecessary!) I did add 4 cloves of garlic into the pot while cooking the potatoes. I topped off the serving dish with fresh parsley and the potatoes tasted and looked wonderful!
