Strawberry Avocado Salad

I loved the dressing..it went well with both the strawberries and the avacado...but I will do something different next time in stead of salad greens.

Bunjal Chicken

A definate keeper. I played a bit with it after reading the reviews. I doubled the spices, and I didn't have tomato paste so I used tomato sauce, about 3-4 oz, and omitted the water. I also marinated the onions and chicken in the sauce, prior to cooking. I then just stuck it all in the oven as it was. I browned the chicken slightly with just a touch of honey on it, after it came out of the oven. My husband loved it. I just discovered garam Marsala about a week ago, and love it. a wonderful spice and a great recipe.

Green Curry Thai for Kings

excellent!! I wouldn't change a thing. I served it with sliced cucumber to clense the palet and cool down between bites, I also used jasmine rice because I prefer it to ordinary rice. It was a welcome addition.

Mushroom Pie

i didn't have any swiss cheese so I used gorgonzola cheese and used a frozen pie crust to substitute for the puff pastry,and philo dough on top. turned out great!!! Definately a keeper!

Aunt Eileen's Stuffed Eggplant

I really enjoyed this recipe..I didn't have any black olives, and i used swiss cheese (8oz) instead, and it still came out GREAT. I can't wait to try it with the gruyere chese, and black olives in it.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

very good, will definately make again. I had no milk or cream, so I used sour cream. I needed to "cook off" the alcohol from the wine, and only used afew spoons of sour cream, so not much gravy, but was wonderful any ways.
