World's Best Lasagna
So true! This is the WORLD'S BEST LASAGNA!!! My family begs me to make this dish all the time. I use more ricotta cheese mixture than the recipe calls for, but we like the creamy-ness it creates. This recipe is AWESOME!

Delicious Pumpkin Bread
YUMMMMMM!!! I've made this recipe over and over again. All the bread I make is gone by the end of the day. I add a bit of cloves and extra cinnamin to satisfy our taste. Love this recipe

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
This recipe was good. I substituted apricots for dried pears and used all the other original ingredients. It was a bit too sweet for my taste. I probably would not make this again. It was a good recipe, but I was the only one of my bunch that liked the sweet with the pork.
