Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
These cookies were delicious! I didn't have vanilla so I put ground cinnamon instead. I also substituted the chocolate chips for crushed up Andes mints. It was sooo good!! :)

Easy Never Forgotten Guacamole

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2007
Yumm!!! This was delicious! I didn't have that much cream cheese so I used 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 mayonnaise, I added a little bit of fresh garlic, serano pepper, some chopped onions and tomatoes. This was amazing! thanks!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
This pizza was yummy in my tummy! It didn't quite taste like the Pizza Hut Buffalo Chicken Pizza that I had hoped for but it was still delicious! I added an extra ounce of hot sauce and I only used enough blue cheese to cover the pizza. I also added ranch to the blue cheese..I will definetely make it again! Thanks!

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
I felt that there was too much blue cheese compared to the rest of it, I added some milk to it and it is perfect!! Thanks!

Crab Cakes III

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2007
These crab cakes were good but not as good as others I've tasted... It could be because I didn't add any lemon zest and I also added garlic powder, black pepper and a little soul seasoning. I will definitely try these again though! Thanks!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have tried many other lasagna recipes before and this was the best one ever... I made a few adjustments- I added 1 chopped bellpepper, 1 small onion, 1 green onion, and 1 serano pepper before I added the meat. I also added 1/2 cup cottage cheese to the ricotta cheese mixture, I also used ground turkey instead of ground beef... as written in other reviews, I omitted the salt and parsley from the ricotta cheese mixture..I finally found a GREAT lasagna sauce & I will NEVER go back to canned/bottled pasta sauce!!!! I also cooked it covered for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 30 minutes, let cool for about 10 minutes & I couldn't believe how good it tasted..John Chandler-THIS IS THE MOST DELICIOUS LASAGNA DISH EVER, THANK YOU!!!!

Crab Cake Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
This sauce is DELICIOUS! I wouldn't call it crab cake sauce though, it can go with many other things, chips being the best one... although, I don't see a difference in adding cottage cheese and yogurt.. I've tried plain hot salsa & sour cream mixed together and this is what this tastes like.. Next time- I will probably omit the cottage cheese &/or yogurt.. Thanks!

Easy Chocolaty Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2006
These brownies taste like chocolate cake! They were good, very moist in the center, & I did get a lot of compliments on it! (although nobody called it a brownie, they kept asking for more cake!).. I baked it for 35 minutes in a 9x13 pan.. Thanks!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
This recipe was VERY good! The only thing is that I cut the salt to half of what the recipe called for, and it was still TOO salty! I added some garam masala, curry powder, and tandoori masala to the sauce, and next time I will NOT add the cinnamon to the chicken.. The taste was too strong and I think it would taste better without it.. Thanks!

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
This is the best french toast I've ever made!!! Everyone loved it! It had just the right amount of everything, I got so many compliments on it...the only thing is that I only had enough for 6 slices of bread so I had to make more... Next time I would double the recipe to have enough for everyone! thanks!

Honey Bun Cake I

Reviewed: May 13, 2006
This cake tastes more like a cinnamon roll than a honey bun, but either way, it was DELICIOUS! I constantly like to make different types of cake that noone in my family does, and this is one of those unique ones!.. I used fat free sour cream & I also made two layers of cake so the icing was just enough! I couldn't get it to look like a honey bun though =(.. Thanks for the recipe Jennifer!
