Sweet Corn Tomalito

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
I didn't give this five stars because it's a little weird to make. It turned out good though, tasted like the stuff you get from Chevy's and that's what we wanted!

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
This meatloaf was not good. It was dripping with fat and was so so sweet. Way too sweet. We weren't able to eat it.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
This is absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe to the T and it was great! I didn't think it would all fit into my pie plat so I used an 8" by 8" glass pan instead. It didn't look as pretty but it tasted great! I'll make this again

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
Very very very good, add flour to the broth when you take out the pot roast to thicken and serve it over mashed potatoes. Yum!

Chicken Biscuit Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
This recipe is wonderful. I used to make a brocolli chicken casserole that we loved that was just cheese, mayo, chicken and cream of mushroom soup. It PALES in comparison to this dish. It is so so good! We'll make it again and again.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
This was an excellent stew, I followed the recipe exactly (except I used a large can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh). As others said definitely do not add salt to this soup, i think the salt content is why some water is included in the recipe. It's not too salty, but it would be if salt was added. My hubby and I loved this, it is so so so so good! Try it!

Madeleines II

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
This recipe turned out perfect for me! The cookies are light and sweet the perfect compliment to coffee or tea. Some people had difficulty getting them out of the pan and my advice would be to use shortening (like crisco) to grease the pan and then dust well with flour. Make sure your eggs are room temperature when you start and not right out of the fridge our they will grow and froth up too much. Other hints... oh i tapped the pan on the counter instead of using a knife to loosten and they just fell right out. Good luck!

Chocolate Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2006
This is sooo good! I am abandoning my old choc chip banana bread recipe, I could never get it to cook through all the way. This one was completely done and still moist and delicious. I had it in the oven for 60 min, then for 5 min more after checking.

Thai Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2006
This recipe was a disappointment. The dish is attempting to be a curry dish but the sauce is way to thin and the flavor is way to blnd to be considered a thai dish. However, it was quick and easy.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
This recipe only gets three stars because I had to alter it to make it good. Too much honey was making it too sweet so I substituted half the honey with sweet hot mustard. Double yum!
