Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
I was amazed how easy and fun these were to make. The breading stayed on well and double dipping worked out well. Of course it was messy but that's the fun part, luckily the batter washes off pretty easily. Next time I am going to try a variety of block cheeses.
