Savory Slow Cooker Beef Tips
This was really good and very easy. The sauce wasn't super creamy/thick, but I'm glad it wasn't. It was lighter but still flavorful. I marinated the stew meat in some minced garlic, Worcestershire and pepper the night before. Definitely a keeper.

Mom's Cucumber Salad
This was exactly what I was looking for! I cut back on the mayo a little bit because I don't like my salad too saucy, and adding some thinly sliced onions is a must. Other than those two little preferences, great recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was really good. I floured the chicken before browning it and used a few dashes of cayenne in place of hot sauce, but followed everything else exactly. I would up the sauce a little bit next time, but only to account for the broccoli I threw in when the chicken was almost done cooking. I had NO problem with the sauce not thickening up (almost immediately) but I had the heat on medium-high when I put the sauce in. I actually had to add some water because it was thickening up too quickly. This will definitely make my regular dinner rotation.
