Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Super fast easy to make. We thought it was a little bland as written, so we added more lemon to taste. Great on asparagus!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
Wonderful and very lemony - we used the leftover sauce on veggies. YUM! Beware - this recipe is very rich! A little time consuming to make, but worth the effort.

Oyster Stew
My 91 year old father in law was craving oyster stew "from the old days." He absolutely loved this recipe. And it's SO easy to make.
