Monster Cookies

I love these cookies. I always make a full batch and bake off as needed. Drop the rest in balls and freeze bag up when hard and take out when you need a quick treat for guests or to surprise your family. I do add M&M instead of nuts. yummo

Crustless Cranberry Pie

I double recipe use 1 cup Brown Sugar and 1 Cup regular Sugar. Then I put in a 9x13 pan for a moist bar. no frosting need. Hubby and coworkers just love it.

Bun Bars

I too used the non instant pudding. Definitely need the # of powdered sugar. Butterscotch pudding would be awesome. I put them in the deli containers chocolate mixture on bottom and filling then nuts and chocolate on top great for gifts or bake sales. the short containers work the best and makes about 10 containers.

Fruit Salad

Love this salad. it never taste the same twice for me cause I always add different cans of fruit. The more the merrier. I don't have a problem with to much topping. I fill colander with canned fruit to drain then add bananas. very good and crowd friendly
