I thought these were Delicious!! I used tabasco instead of thai chili sauce, and i mashed the beans with a pastry cutter because a fork wasn't working well and it started to hurt my hand. I ommited the onion because we had none, used a red pepper instead of green. I also put the red pepper in the blender, because i don't own a food processor, and put the garlic cloves through a garlic press. I didn't really measure out the bread crumbs but rather, tore up pieces of multi-grain bread until the bean mixture began sticking to itself (probably required about 4 slices). I grilled it on a charcoal grill on tin foil and froze the rest and it turned out great. I just put one of the frozen ones on the foreman grill for lunch and it tasted just as delicious as the first one I made. Definitly will make these again.
