Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
These brownies were HEAVENLY!!!! I wanted a fudge like texture and these are exactly that. They are so thick and soft. They will not last long in my house. I also loved how the recipe was written for using a 9x13 pan. If you are looking for a chocolate fix, these will definitely hit the spot!!! Simply DELICIOUS!!!

Great recipe. I used 1/2 low fat mayo and 1/2 light sour cream. I even added a 1/2 a pack of cream cheese. We love spinache and artichoke, so I added extra. Turned out wonderful with Tostitos Scoops!!!

Creamy Butternut Squash With Cinnamon Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2009
Very good and full of flavor. I added a stalk of celery and used sweet potato. I also divided the squash, seasoned with butter and brown sugar and baked it for an hour. I was much easier to cube and blend. I used 2 cans of broth and added light cream to my liking to make it creamy. So, so yummy!!!

Mustard Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
We loved this recipe!!! We are big fish eaters and this was a nice change. I used Grey Poupon Harvest course mustard. I doubled the paste and it was just enough. Mustard works well with fish. Definitely a keeper. Served with garlic wine broccoli.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
My husband and I loved this. We ate just about the whole roast (very little left overs). I used beef mushroom soup as some suggested, also a can of beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and garlic all went in the bottom with the chuck roast on top. I cooked it for 9-10 hrs and it fell apart as I took it out to cut.I added a little corn starch towards the end to thicken the gravy. A whole meal in one pot. Great for a quick meal or on a hot day. Will definitely make again.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
This recipe was wonderful! My husband always loves when I try something different. We both loved the citrus taste. I cooked the chicken breasts partially in a skillet until brown, then transfered to the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes on 250 degrees. In a separate pan, I sauteed mushrooms, onions and a pepper. After they were brown, I began the lime sauce. Just before serving, I transfered mushrooms, onions and peppers to sauce and served over chicken. Absolutely Wonderful!! Thanks for a GREAT Meal!!!!

I didn't see anything magical about this dish. I wouldn't rush to make it again.
