Delicious recipe. I needed a good-tasting fiber-filled recipe and found it! If you find it difficult to find ground flax seed, as I did, buy whole flax and grind it yourself in your blender. It was much cheaper and easier than buying a whole pound of ground flax seed for one recipe! The changes I made were: omit vegetable oil, apples and nuts, and instead use about a cup of applesauce in place of the oil and apples. The next time I make this recipe I will add a little more salt as the muffins were bland without the nuts in them. I also might add a sprinkle of ground nutmeg and ground cloves to make the taste more autumn-like.

This recipe is a super twist on regular cranberry sauce! I was a bit skeptical about it; the raspberry vinegar gave the sauce an odd smell as it cooked. But after the first bite I was convinced: this is my go-to recipe from now on!

This is my go-to biscuit recipe. I always have the simple ingredients on hand and I jazz it up however I need to. I've done a garlic-cheddar modification that is dangerously good. And I use this recipe, with about a tablespoon of dried sage added, to top chicken pot pie (just drop the heaping spoonfuls on top of the filling and bake as the pot pie recipe directs).

The smell while cooking this was unbelievable. The butter-seasoning mix made the chicken turn out juicy and tender. The potatoes were a bit underdone; I'd recommend slicing them thinner. The lemons added just the right amount of pop to the dinner. I served this on Valentine's Day last year, and my boyfriend loved it - and loved me enough to ask me to marry him a few days later!

The herbs lent just the right touch to these nice, light, crisp biscuits.

The texture and ease of making I definitely give 5 stars! The flavor was rather bland. I am planning on making another batch today and will add a bit of vanilla, as other commenters suggested.

Absolutely fantastic. I'd never fixed eggplant before and was a little wary. I'm about to fix this dish for the second time in two weeks! If you can, make your own tomato sauce with perfectly ripe tomatoes. I think that made a big contribution to this dish.

I made just the brownies, no icing. I added a cup of peanut butter chips to a doubled batch. I probably could have baked them longer than 25 minutes in a 9x13 pan, but I wanted fudgy brownies and heeded the warnings not to overbake! They were deliciously soft and gooey and my word, SO rich. Definitely serve with ice cream or whipped cream! Great recipe for easy brownies from scratch.

I loved it! I added 4 small russet potatoes to the filling and added some garlic, as suggested. I was surprised that the recipe didn't call for salt. Based on other reviewers' recommendations I ended up changing the recipe drastically, but the most important change was the approximately 3/4 tsp of salt I added. The raw batter was very bland until I added the salt, and I'm glad I taste-tested the batter before baking. However, this recipe was a good starting point for a basic healthy pumpkin muffin.
