Playgroup Granola Bars

This was my first attempt making home-make granola bars. I followed Ella's recommendations and cooked them for 18 minutes. Great recipe to play with! I recommend cutting them with a plastic knife to prevent sticking.

Bran Muffins a la Brian

This recipe is awesome! I didn't have buttermilk on hand, but substituted 1tsp of white vinegar in 1 cup milk (let stand for 5 minutes after mixing). Light, fluffy and moist!
