Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
Absolutely INCREDIBLE. The sauce is fabulous – I wasn’t sure how it would turn out at first, but holy cow it was good! My husband also loved these. I will be making the sauce again for salad dressing/dips, etc. With a 1 year old and working full time, we need quick and delicious weeknight meals … this was it! Thanks so much for a great, quick, YUMMY Tuesday night meal.

Creamy Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
VERY, VERY good and very soothing! I did, however, add a bit more milk (sub. for water) than called for. I found the overall recipe a little too sweet for my taste with the regular 6 1/2 cups of milk - so I added close to 8. I found that was the right balance - BUT, that is/was just personal opinion. I served some to my hubby after he got back from ice fishing and he RAVED about it. Great recipe, will make again for sure!!

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
This is probably the best Kung Pao I have tried. I added diced carrots, celery & chopped green and red bell peppers. I figured it need some veggies-as my husband and I love veggie additions to dishes. As a request from some reviewers, I doubled the sauce, actually I tripled the sauce - which I will definitely do again (especially with adding veggies). As another tip from a reviewer, I added water as it was cooking, because it can get VERY thick if you don't. All in all, this was awesome. Kung Pao is my hubby's favorite meal - and he was impressed with the home made version! Recipe is a keeper; thank you!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2007
If I could give this recipe 10 stars, I would! I have been making this recipe for the past 2 years and you would not believe how many compliments I receive when I make these. I am now known as the "best cookie maker" -- even with get togethers, work parties, holiday dinners, birthdays, etc. everyone ALWAYS asks me if I will make these. Everyone says that hands down these are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies ever - and I agree. They are to do for! Although I like the vanilla pudding the best in these, you can always experiment and add which ever flavor suits your taste. YUM!!!!!!!!

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2006
My husband and I made these last night along with the mushroom rice and everything was AMAZING! We seriously couldn't think of a meal that we have had that was that good in a long time....yum, it was great! We prefer spicy italian sausage, so we put that in instead of the turkey and we also put in additional yellow and orange peppers and yellow squash. We omitted the zucchini and the mushroom, as we had the mushroom in the rice. However, the great thing about this recipe is you can omit and add anything you want based on your likes and dislikes. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Thanks for posting this recipe!!

4H Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2006
This banana bread is THE BEST banana bread I have ever made. I made it how others said (1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar) and a little extra banana. The bread turned out extremely moist (I cooked it for about 65 minutes) and had a great banana flavor--I can't say enough good things about this bread!! Thanks for the recipe!
