Heather's Best Ever Baked Chicken

Excellent recipe! Nice and easy, very flavourful and it was very moist and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly except that I only marinated for 3 hours or so. But it was perfect! Thanks for this one. I'll definitely be making it again soon!

These are lovely and amazingly quick to make. I wish they were just a little runnier in the center but the flavour was wonderful. I've already made these twice since the first time and have gotten many compliments!

Cream of Broccoli Soup III

This soup was fabulous. I added a diced medium potato and an extra cup of broccoli that I needed to use up. I also topped with some shredded sharp cheddar as a garnish. The soup was rich and flavorful. Thank you for a new favourite recipe! I'll be making this one often!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have to admit when I found this recipe I was skeptical but I did have the vanilla pudding in the cupboard and I wasnt sure what to do with it so I thought why not give these a try! I am glad I gave them a shot! These are hands down the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Ever! Soft and chewy even the day after (they barely lasted that long!) These are the only chocolate chip cookies I will ever make again! I already have people asking me to make them again... soon! Thank you for this amazing recipe!

Brownies with Peanut Butter Fudge Frosting

This recipe for peanut butter frosting is the best frosting recipe I have ever used!!! The only reason it got 5 stars is because I dont have the option of giving it more! It is incredibly easy and absolutely heavenly! It has a wonderfully sweet and rich peanut butter taste without being overpowering. I use it for any chocolate cake, loaf, muffin or brownie that I make. It has become a stand by in my household.

Plain Cake Doughnuts

These were much easier than I thought doughnuts would be. I made these as Timbit sized (doughnut holes to those of you not from Canada) and rolled them in cinnamon sugar. The entire batch was devoured within the day. And I have been asked if I would make them again...a lot!

Peanut Butter Muffins

These were ok but they were a little bland. I added chocolate chips to the second batch which was a little better. Although they still were a little blah. I wont be making these again.

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

These were incredible!! I halfed the chocolate chips in the cream cheese batter and baked it in a 9x13 glass pan. They were moist and chocolatey. Delicious right out of the oven but out of this world when chilled. I made them to be ready for dessert after dinner. They didnt even last until midnight. I have been told that I have to make them again. And I am going to try the brownie part on its own too because i think they would be delicious!

The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie

These were great when they were warm from the oven but once they cooled my family and I were not as happy with them. There was something missing. Not a bad recipe but I will probably not make them again.

Canadian Shortbread 'Eh'

Excellent cookies!! I made these for a friend who is a shortbread fanatic and I also made traditional Scottish shortbread. These were gone long before the traditional ones!

Snickerdoodle Cake I

Very nice cake! I added a cinnamon/sugar layer half way through the cake which gave it a nice flavour. The batter was way too thick i had to add milk to it but the end result was a very moist flavourful cake. Lots of compliments on it from my guests!

Glazed Lemon Bread

My family loves this lemon loaf. It is eaten up so quickly...it never lasts longer than a day! Very easy and wonderful flavor! I make this quite often! I omitted the nuts and I made a simple lemon juice and sugar glaze that i poured over the loaf when it first came out of the over. The juice soaks into the bread and adds a wonderful flavour!
