I have never dared cook pizza on the grill before but I did it last night and it was so easy and tasted amazing. The base is crispier than oven pizza but much more authentic, just like from a wood oven. Thank you for sharing, we will make all of our pizza this way in future.

Peppermint Meringues

I added a little red food colouring, peppermint essence and stirred in some of the crushed candy cane to the egg white just before spooning onto cookie sheet. Just as well they are fat free because they are just addictive.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

So simple and tasty, this is a regular in our house! Last time I didn't have salsa so used a spicy pasta sauce, that worked!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

These were awesome. My one regret was adding a cream cheese frosting as some posters did. It was way over the top and overpowered the flavours in the rolls. Will be making these again with just a simply glaze.

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread

I've tried several bread recipes with varying degrees of success. This is by far the BEST. I made a loaf and 6 large buns, my husband didn't believe it was homemade bread.

PHILLY Creamy Rice, Chicken and Spinach Dinner

This was quick and easy, I didn't follow the recipe exactly as I already had cooked rice and chicken in my fridge but it was delicious. Also, I didn't have the salad dressing but used salsa, still good.

Fruitcake

I was a little confused by the dried mixed fruit which can vary depending on where you happen to be but I used raisins, sultans, cranberries and currents. I soak the fruit in booze over night first and wow, I only tasted a small piece but this was wonderful, needed 2 + hours though but I used a Bundt tin which may have made a difference. Thanks for sharing.

Baby BLT

I made these as a starter to a dinner party but I used large beef tomatoes and served one half per guest. I scooped out the tomatoes and sprinkled in garlic powder as someone suggested. I also added a little plain yogurt to the mixture to lighten the taste of the mayonnaise.

Beef and Spinach Curry

I have made this curry twice now, once with beef and the second time with chicken. My only change was to use frozen chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes. There are never any leftovers.

Green Bean Casserole II

I used precooked frozen beans and this was a great recipe to use up a bag of frozen beans that had been in the bottom of the freezer, will most certainly make again.

Prawn Biryani

This is great, so quick. I used chicken instead of shrimp which I diced into small cubes. I did add a little turmeric for colour and flavour. I omitted the oil and salt. Will most definately be making this again.

Waldorf Salad II

I didn't have enough mayo so I used some natural yogurt to make up 1/2 a cup, I omitted the salt too, it worked well. Quick and easy, thank you for sharing
