Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
This was great!! My whole family loved it, even my two little kids. We topped it with cheese and sour cream instead of adding the sour cream to the whole recipe. I will make this again. Thanks!!

Fruit and Cream Phyllo Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2006
This pie was ok. I was not crazy about it, neither were my kids. I also think that this would have been much better with a real pie crust. The pie fell apart and the crust was just not enough for us. I used berries instead of apples and they did taste good but IF I made this again I would use a different crust. The phyllo was not that easy to work with but you do get the hang of it. Just remember the damp towel so it does not dry out. I just do not see me making this again. My kids did have fun with the phyllo though.

Peanut Butter Cup Grilled Sandwich

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2006
Loved it!! I think it is better if you cut the crust off. I ate it while it was still warm and it was all gooey and yummy! Thank you for this recipe. My kids will love it. This is a keeper for fun snacks and maybe even desserts for kids.

Basic Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2006
I love this recipe. So does my whole family. It is a great starter recipe. You can make it as is or you can add or take out the things you like or dislike. I love the slivered almonds in mine. I like to cut up some apples and grapes and serve them on the side. That way everyone can eat it the way they like it. I don't put celery in mine but I do add a finely chopped green onion and some sour cream to the mayo. I use half of the mayo and the other half sour cream. It is great!! Thanks for this recipe!! Will make again and again!!
