Georgie's Mango Papaya Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
This was a really tasty salad and perfect for what I had in mind. I did use less vinegar and butter but that is just a personal preference.

Country Herbed Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
this was a great meat-loaf. I try to go back and forth with a dry and wet meat-loaf so the family doesn't get too bored. They really seemed to like it, especially my daughter since she helped so much. Only change I made was red and green peppers instead of shrooms since I didn't have any. Oh and i do love my garlic oil, so i used that instead of olive.

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
This came out great. I added a little woceseter sauce and red wine, but kept everything else the same. Made mashed potatoes and mixed veggies and some rolls. Used the sauce as is for gravy. Was afraid of using the whole pouch of soup would be too salty but i just made sure not to add salt to potatoes or anything and it all worked out great! I am happy to say that a family of five ate every last drop and that does not happen very often with my family since there is always someone who does not like something lol

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This came surprisingly well, only because i wasn't a big fan of adding the ketchup but hubby said, "Please do," he's not a fan of the mushroom soup i added, and i did add the lipton onion soup to the meat. I cooked it in the oven as suggested for 30 min at 400 and once again, everyone agreed it was good and ate it all! Yeah!

Tourtiers (French Pork Pie)

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This is exactly what i was looking for. Didn't really time the meat, just cooked until most of the water was gone and didn't measure seasoning. Added to taste what I thought it needed.

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Delicious! My daughter requested bbq chicken, and I happily tried this out for her. I used chopped up an onion and garlic instead of powders, sauteed and followed other recommendations. Used a little soya and wocester sauce and half the ketchup. My youngest liked it enough to dirty an extra plate! ( I make them wash their own dishes lol) Next time i will make extra sauce.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
This turned out really great and wasn't to hard to make. I was happy to see everyone liked it, hard to do with three kids. i used some of the modifications i read in the reviews, like milk instead of cream and changed the amount of herbs used. I will be making this again for sure.

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
This was a tasty recipe, i'm glad i tried it out. Everyone ate it, which is hard to do with three kids. i didn't have pecans or pimentos so i used toasted almonds in for the breading on half the chicken since my hubby does not like nuts. Just make sure you have time for this one.
