This is really good! To get more of an orange taste, I add orange rind to the mixture. Try baking them in mini-muffin pans @350 for 25 min. If you do, sprinkle some paprika on top of them for toasted appearance. I also like to spice things up with some cayenne in the mayo. This one's a keeper!
