BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
This was really good! I used a pork rub on a 4.5 lb pork butt the night before & cooked in 2 cups beef broth for 6 hrs on high. Very little shredding was needed, it pretty much fell apart. I drained the broth, reserving about 4 tbs, which I put back in the crockpot with the meat & BBQ sauce. I turned the crockpot back on for about an hour to warm up sauce. Yum! Served on toasted rolls - - 3 guy-friends tried it and all loved it! Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Southwestern Black Bean Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
This was good! I didn't add water, added a can of Rotel. It tasted kind of bland, so I added some black pepper, cayanne pepper & cumin. Served with hot sauce & cornbread!

Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2006
This tasted really good, but mine turned out super greasy. I only used a handful of cheddar cheese, not a cup, which I mixed into the dip. I don't know why it was so greasy, but if you are eating this dip, you are clearly not worried about calories & fat! YUM :o)

Chili Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2006
This was good! I made the red enchilada sauce form this site instead of using canned. If I made it again I think I would leave the potatoes half mashed & add some corn or a can of black beans.
