Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
SOOOO GOOD!! Everyone I have made this for loved it... even my husband who hates pork! I actually double the sauce and split the loin and serve half with veggies and mashed potatoes and the other half I just pull apart with the fork, thicken the gravy a bit and serve both over egg noodles. So i really get a couple of meals out of this recipe. The juice is so good as a gravy!! I am so grateful to the author of this recipe!
