D's Famous Salsa

Wonderful tasting salsa. I did do a few changes in the recipe. I used fresh tomatoes from the garden and added a couple of jalapeno peppers for more heat. A+ A+A+

Hugh's Dry Rub

One of the best rubs I've tried.This is the second batch I've made. I did cut back on the cynanne pepper.some don't like it to hot always can add but you can't take it off.. Keeps well in a airtight jar. Thank You

Banana Cream Pie I

Chicken Enchiladas

I used your recipe for Chicken Enchildas last night. Everybody said they were the best they ever had. I did add a half a cup of sour cream to the filling,this is a very easy Enchilada to make. Thank You.

Wonton Soup

Uncle George Great Wonton, I added some shitake mushrooms that I had soaked overnite and some black pepper.I made two batches,We had them fried and In the soup. Extra for the freezer. Thank you for the wonderfull recipe.
