Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
Amazing faux-Indian dish. It's especially great to help go through your spices... the recipe uses quite a large quantity. The only changes I make: Use only a teaspoon of sugar and sometimes I substitute potatoes for chicken when I'm not in a meat mood (honestly I think I like it better with just potato). Definite staple in my house and will really knock your socks off!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2012
Moist, fudgy, delicious brownies. I didn't bother with the frosting, but they didn't need it. As others stated, do not over-mix or you'll get cake-like brownies. Sift your dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients separately then combine the two. The batter is pretty thick, but not impossible to work with. This is my new "go to" brownie recipe.

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
This recipe is becoming one of my staples! I always have the ingredients on hand and it's super easy to whip up a batch. I tweak it a little bit every time I make it to freshen things up a bit and it never fails to delight!!

World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
i had already made john's lasagna (which was fantastic, by the way) and i absolutely loved the sauce in the recipe. the next day i decided to google more amazing sauce recipes and to my surprise this was also top rated. i guess i won't mess with perfection. only thing... i don't add any sugar, it's great without it based on my personal taste buds.
