Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
I literally had to freeze this to keep myself from eating it. I reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups like others suggested, otherwise did exactly as original poster in 2 9" bread tins. PERFECT at 325 for 35 minutes. Added lavender icing over the top.

EAGLE BRAND(R) Peanut Butter Fudge
I did not care for this recipe. The taste was fine, but the texture was too smooth and the fudge never hardened. It got to a "firm ball" stage of candy. It is basically like candied peanut butter, not fudge. I would only use this again to make a peanut butter swirl for ice cream or filling in a cake.

Fresh Salsa
Very good, sweet & flavorful. I think I may leave some jalapeno seeds in next time to make it a little spicier. Added a can of black beans and kernel corn (both rinsed) and did not use jicama.
