Great recipe. The chicken turned out fantastic even though I was out of coriander. Can't wait to make this one again.

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
This soup was terrific. I used 3 small butternut squash, cut in half, roasted in oven at 450 for 45 minutes. Scooped out squash, refrigerated until I made the soup, the next day. The only other change I made was to add half of a diced jalepeno pepper to the onion, garlic mixture. Perfect combination of spicy/sweet.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
This was awesome. I used a 3# boneless pork butt and served barbeque sauce on the side since my family likes pulled pork sandwiches without the sauce mixed in. Will be making again and again!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Loved these muffins. I didn't have yogurt on hand so used sour cream instead. Still turned out perfect. Oh, also added a little milk since the batter seemed a little stiff to me. Thanks Lois!

This was unbelievably good. Only change I made was to reduce the salt by half. Served with a side of shredded lettuce, sour cream, homemade salsa, cheese and cilantro. Will be making this again soon. Thanks for a great recipe.

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
Super easy and delicious. I used only 1 cup of powdered sugar and added cayenne pepper since I love the contrast between spicy and sweet. Used this on 12 cupcakes and had enough frosting left over for 12 more. Thanks Mary Beth for an awesome recipe!

Wonderful recipe. Started ribs in slow cooker on low for 2 hours. Switched to high and cooked for another 2 hours. Finished on grill for 10 minutes. Used Montgomery Inn sauce, which is our favorite. Ribs were tender and delicious!
