Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
Great easy side dish. I added 1/4 cup diced onion and a garlic clove to the orzo when browning. I also used homemade chicken broth that I had in the freezer. Only comment is for 4 people I would definately double this recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This is a great homemade teriyaki recipe. I double the sauce a cook it the day before. Then I take half the sauce a marinade the chicken in it and then cook it on the grill. I basted the ckicken with the leftover half of the sauce and serve whats left as dipping. Really good. This time I am trying with half brown sugar as some reviewers have recommended.

Chicken Chile Spaghetti
This is a great different way to have spaghetti. I did make a few changes based on what other reviewers said and to suit our tastes. I used rotisserie chicken, about half a chicken. I cut the butter back to 1/2 cup and will probably cut back to 1/4 next time. Used 2 celery stalks and added an extra garlic clove. Omitted the bell pepper but will try with a red pepper next time. Added 3/4 teaspoon mexican oregano and a can of cream of mushroom soup instead of the canned mushrooms. Also uppped the pasta to one pound. Turned out wonderful. Will definately make again. Thanks for the great recipe.
